HOW TO SHOP:

1) Pick your items and email us at hellotwp@gmail.com with the following details:

2) Wait for our response within a day. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, we appreciate if you could send us another email.

3) We will send a confirmation email (item availability/our acc. no). Item will be reserved and payment should be made in 3 days.

4) Please be nice, no back outs once you've replied our confirmation email.

5) After payment has been made, provide the reference no. or receipt of bank transfer.

6) We'll mail out your purchase in 3 business days' time.

7) Any enquiries do drop us an email!



TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1) All items displayed here are in good condition (unless stated) and are looking to be part of new owners and wardrobes!

2) All prices are the lowest possible, and we would appreciate no haggling over them.

3) Shipping: Postage is via Poslaju (RM6/WM, RM8/EM). We apologise but COD is not available.

4) Payment: Only via bank transfer (Maybank/RHB).

5) No refunds/exchanges.
